• Custom-size orders (non-standard window/door dimensions) are non-returnable once manufacturing has begun, as these are made-to-measure products.
• We do not guarantee continuous availability of all products. In case of stock unavailability, we will notify you and offer an alternative or full refund.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is what will be binding for that transaction.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI/GPay, debit/credit cards, NEFT/RTGS bank transfers, and cash for in-person orders.
• For custom-size or large orders, an advance payment may be required before installation or production begins.
• GST invoices are issued for all orders and are sent digitally or physically on request.

Installation and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, workload, and stock availability.

• For home installation orders, all responsibility for the product transfers to the buyer at the time of successful installation at your premises.
• For shipped/courier orders, risk transfers to the buyer once the package is handed to the courier company. We recommend checking your consignment upon receipt.
• Any damage or defect noted on delivery must be reported in writing (email or WhatsApp) within 48 hours of receipt.
